1. Anointing. (1Samuel 16:13)
The anointing of the Lord has to fall on, An anointed man is a man marked for leadership. An anointed man is as well as a skillful man, he those whatever he does exceptionally because of the anointing. The anointing of God upon your life drags the attention of men to your direction. It is the anointing of God that propels your skills to bring honor to you. The anointing brings honor to your life. The anointing of God causes you to command favour from God and from Men. The level of favour you command depends on who's language you are speaking, when you speak the language of great men, you draw the favour of great men, and when you speak the language of God you provoke God's favour.
* Excellent Character And Relational Skill.
You don't use Christianity as a means to overlook your ill character, because it will limit you terribly. Rudeness is not strenght . You must learn to create conversations with people of high standard and honor. Respect and honor all men because you really may not know who the lord you will use to help you.

2. Humility.
Come down from your high mountain of pride. Pride can make you spend extravagantly. Be opened to people, have integrity, let your yes be yes and your no be no. Be humble to those who will help you. God resist the proud and give grace to the humble. Be who you claim to be, let people description of you be God's description of you. Be honest in all you do, all this are part of humility.

3. Service.
Serve God with the whole of your heart. Serve God with your gifts, with your talent, your skill. When you serve God with everything in you he will cause men to raise and stand by you in every area of help. Joseph served portiphar, Samuel served Eli and they taken to great height in life.
